A few things we'd
like you to know.

We have written these terms as clearly and honestly as we can. They are here to protect you as much as us. Please take a few minutes to read through them before you begin your Zodrive journey.

We built Zodrive because we genuinely believe everyone deserves to learn driving properly — with a verified coach, a structured plan, and full transparency at every step. These terms reflect that spirit. They are not written to confuse you or trap you in fine print. If anything here is unclear, please reach out to us directly and we will explain it in plain language.

Our commitment to you

When you choose Zodrive, you are placing a great deal of trust in us — and we take that seriously. We commit to providing you with a verified, experienced driving coach who will come to your area, follow a structured 10-day curriculum, and treat you with patience and respect throughout your journey.

We will be transparent with you about pricing, scheduling, and what to expect at every stage. If something is not working for you, we genuinely want to hear about it so we can make it right.

Our promise: Your safety, your progress, and your comfort are the three things we will never compromise on — regardless of any other circumstance.

These terms govern the relationship between you (our student) and Zodrive as a platform. By enrolling in a Zodrive course, you agree to these terms. We have done our best to keep them fair and reasonable.

Booking and enrollment

Your enrollment begins when you confirm your details with our team via WhatsApp or phone and make your first payment. We will then assign a verified Zodrive coach to your area and schedule your first class.

Please share your pickup location, preferred time slot, and package choice when you first reach out. This helps us match you with the right coach faster.
You will receive a student PIN to access the Zodrive student app where you can track your classes, view your schedule, and follow your progress.
Each class begins only after your coach enters your OTP — this ensures you are always in control of when your class starts and that every session is properly recorded.
If you have any specific learning needs, nervousness about driving, or a medical condition we should be aware of, please do let us know. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.

We understand that starting driving lessons can feel a little daunting. Please know that our coaches are trained to be patient, encouraging, and calm — especially with first-time learners. There is no such thing as a silly question with Zodrive.

Payments and fees

We believe in complete transparency when it comes to pricing. The fee you agree to at enrollment is the fee you pay — there are no surprise charges, no hidden costs, and no last-minute additions.

Payment timing: We kindly request full or agreed partial payment before your first class begins. This helps us confirm your slot and assign your coach with certainty.
Payment methods: We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. All payments should be made to Zodrive directly — never directly to your coach as a personal payment.
Receipts: We will always provide confirmation of your payment. If you ever need a receipt or have a query about a transaction, please reach out to us and we will sort it out promptly.
Discounts: Any discount agreed at the time of enrollment will be honoured. We do not retroactively change pricing once a course has been confirmed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We completely understand that life happens — plans change, schedules shift, and sometimes a class simply cannot happen on the planned day. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Rescheduling a class: If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice so your coach can adjust their day. You may reschedule a class up to twice per package without any charge.
Same-day cancellations: If you cancel on the same day of a scheduled class, the session will be counted as used. We know this feels strict, but your coach has already made arrangements to be at your location.
Coach-side cancellations: If your coach cancels or is unavailable, we will reschedule the class at a time convenient for you at no additional cost. This class will not be counted as used.
Course refunds: If you wish to discontinue your course before completion, we will refund the fee for classes not yet conducted, less a small processing fee of ₹500. We ask that you let us know at least 48 hours before your next scheduled class.

We want you to complete your course and feel genuinely confident behind the wheel. If you are going through a difficult time and need to pause your program, please just reach out to us — we will work something out together.

Your safety — our priority

Nothing matters more to us than your safety during every single class. This is something we will never compromise on, and we have built several safeguards to ensure you always feel secure and in control.

All Zodrive coaches are experienced drivers with verified licences. They undergo background checks before joining our platform.
Every vehicle used for training carries valid insurance and registration. You are welcome to ask your coach to show these documents before your first class.
Your coach will never ask you to drive beyond your current comfort level. The 10-day curriculum is designed to build your confidence step by step — there is no pressure to rush ahead.
If at any point during a class you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or simply want to stop — please say so immediately. Your coach is trained to respond calmly and safely.
Our OTP system ensures you approve the start of every class. No class begins without your confirmation.

If you ever experience any behaviour from a coach that feels inappropriate, unsafe, or unprofessional, please contact us immediately at +91 63665 50225. We take such matters extremely seriously and will act without delay.

What we ask of you

We ask very little of you beyond showing up with a willingness to learn. A few simple requests that help keep things running smoothly for everyone:

Please be ready at your pickup location at the scheduled time. Your coach travels from their location to reach you — a few minutes of waiting adds up across many students' days.
Wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and clothing you can move freely in. Avoid sandals or heels during classes.
Please refrain from using your phone during driving sessions — your full attention is both a safety requirement and the best way to learn quickly.
Treat your Zodrive coach with respect. They are professionals who are genuinely invested in your progress. A positive learning environment makes everything better for both of you.
Please do not ask your coach to drive on routes, in conditions, or at times that were not agreed during scheduling — for example, late-night driving or highways before you are ready.
If you have consumed alcohol or any substance that may affect your alertness, please do not attend your class that day. Simply let us know and we will reschedule without any judgment.

Our student app

The Zodrive student app is your window into your learning journey. Through it you can view your class schedule, track completed sessions, generate your OTP to start a class, and monitor your overall progress.

Your student PIN is personal to you — please keep it private. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, let us know immediately and we will reset it.
The OTP you generate at the start of each class is a one-time code that only your coach should enter. Please do not share it with anyone other than your Zodrive coach at the start of your session.
If you experience any technical issues with the app — a class not showing, an OTP not working, or anything else — please reach out to us directly and we will resolve it before your next class.

The app is here to make your experience smoother and more transparent. If there is any feature you wish it had, or anything that is confusing, we genuinely want your feedback — it helps us improve for every student after you.

Your personal information

We collect a small amount of personal information when you enroll — your name, phone number, pickup area, and payment details. We use this information solely to deliver your Zodrive course and communicate with you about your schedule.

We will never sell your personal information to any third party.
We will never use your details to send you unsolicited marketing from other companies.
Your information is shared only with your assigned coach, solely for the purpose of coordinating your classes.
If you would like us to delete your personal information after your course is complete, simply ask us and we will do so within 7 days.

We handle your information the way we would want our own to be handled — with care, discretion, and respect.

Liability and limitations

We want to be straightforward with you about the limits of what Zodrive is responsible for, so there are no surprises.

Zodrive is a driving training platform. We connect students with verified coaches and provide the curriculum, app, and coordination. The actual driving instruction is delivered by your coach.
In the unlikely event of a minor incident during a training session, please remain calm and contact us immediately. Your coach's vehicle carries insurance that covers training-related incidents.
Zodrive cannot be held responsible for outcomes arising from driving after your course ends — once you are an independent driver, your choices on the road are your own responsibility.
We do not guarantee a specific outcome such as RTO test success — that depends on your practice, preparation, and the RTO process itself. We do commit to giving you the best possible preparation.

These limitations are standard for a platform of our nature and are not intended to diminish our commitment to your safety and experience — only to be honest about the scope of our responsibility.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as Zodrive grows and evolves. Whenever we make meaningful changes, we will let you know — either via WhatsApp message or through the student app — at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

We will never make a change that retroactively affects a course you have already paid for. Your agreement at the time of enrollment governs your current course.

If you ever feel that a change to our terms is unfair or unclear, please reach out and tell us. We are always open to feedback and want these terms to feel fair to everyone who chooses Zodrive.
